About Michèle E. Denis

Founder and Director of the Westcoast Reiki Centre, Michèle has been involved in the healing arts for over 20 years throughout North America. She is a graduate of Mathew Fox’s leading edge Master’s Programme in Culture and Spirituality, and has devoted her life to the care of the soul. Recognizing the invaluable contribution of Yoga to that very care, she took her Yoga Teacher Training with Semperviva in 2011. Moved to further incorporate the principles and practices of Yoga into her healing work, Michèle completed her 500 Hour Yoga Therapy training with Joseph and Lillian LePage of Integrated Yoga Therapy in the summer of 2012. Michele has also studied Yin Yoga with both Bernie Clark and Biff Mithoefer. She also has her advanced restorative yoga teacher certificate with Wendy Eyton as well as her 500hr Yoga Therapy certificate with Joseph and Linda Lepage of Integrated Yoga Therapy. She holds classes in yin, restorative, therapeutic yoga, and private classes as well.
