On May 6, artsScene Vancouver will host three dozen Vancouver-based arts organizations.

This networking-style event will find representatives from each arts organization at individual tables, where young professionals are welcome to circulate and learn more about these non-profits and their directorship opportunities. Boards will be seeking young professionals with a wide range of skill sets, including marketing, communications, sales, human resources, accounting, financial, and legal.

Profiles of participating arts organizations will be posted on the boardLink website closer to the event, so participants can research their preferred non-profits. Business cards are encouraged but please no resumes -- boardLink is the setting for the initial introduction, with organizations and young professionals encouraged to follow up individually in the days following the event.
