It’s that time of year again – the Big Band Big Bang!

This event will feature the two big bands of the AROKIS Music Society, Impressions and Urbana. Both bands will feature some new material, along with established favourites. This event is also a fundraiser for the AROKIS Music Society, helping us to continue our mission of preserving and promoting live Big Band music in the Lower Mainland.

We will again be returning to the historic Columbia Theatre in New Westminster – truly an ideal location for our performance. The theatre dates back to 1927, and has been lovingly restored in recent years to recapture its original design, inspired by the imaginative movie palaces of the day.

Please join us on May 31st of an evening of classic Big Band music.
