Our Collective Community that understands how Rhythm Heals - through our drums & our breath in yoga, meditation, music, qigong & all other rhythm-based healing arts has responded.


Spanish Banks has been a safe & lovely gathering space for over 30 years where our Rhythm Community has faithfully come together organically to co-create music & community. The late Mandido started these circles & our small but loyal community members have been continuing our summer circles.


In addition to our regular Sunday circle, we will send out Healing Vibrations & remind people to donate directly to Humanitarian Coalition of relief agencies already on the ground in Nepal.


As a special treat, some musicians. drum teachers & facilitators will support us in leading a rhythm or two. We are pleased to say Ezeadi P. Onukwulu, Sarah Nel Ncapayi, Mbuyiselo Munkie Ncapayi, Ron Radar Stelting have expressed their intention to join us.


Anchoring the Maple Ridge circle, Peter Tam will be hosting it with Hari Pal's support.


Come pray & play with us! If you are able & feel led, put a little (or however much) towards the efforts of Humanitarian Coalition.


If enough members & volunteers want to organise an indoor or other fundraisers, this event/page will serve to gather such like-minded people to share & collaborate.
