Nepalese students (in Vancouver) are doing a fundraiser for Himalayan villages of Nepal:

- focus on the 6 Himalayan villages in Nubri Valley & 1 village in
Sindhupalchowk
- share stories, videos & songs
- show a documentary film, Beyond the Gates of Phu, which has been screened at 4 International Film Festivals
- photography prints from Himalayan villages
- provide free refreshments
- sell Pashmina & prayer flags
- silent auctions & gift certificates
- enjoy a snack that reflects a Nepali tradition throughout teahouses in trekking routes of Nepal
