The City of White Rock is partnering with the White Rock Chinese Arts Center and the Canadian Alliance of Chinese Associations to host this 3-day long event featuring Western and Chinese cultural performances. This mid-harvest festival features music, performances, a mobile drawing unit, martial art demonstrations and 500 lanterns lining the pier and promenade.
