The Georgia Straight said there is "no funner night out then the monthly Talent Time”. The launch of the 8th Season of this variety show features the return of Gary Oliver from Cinemazoo. Gary owned and operated the very first animal acting agency in North America supplying animals for everything from McGyver to Snakes on a Plane. The snake in Britney Spears' "Slave 4 U" video, the one she is immortalized with in Madame Tussaud's wax museum? Yeah, that's Gary’s too. Lately he has switched his focus to rescuing animals and educating the public with his "Urban Safari" program. When Gary last joined us in the 2011, he brought flying squirrels that soared over the audience and a tiny dog that rode around on a tortoise. Who knows how he plans to top that.

Plus the Cindy Yang Dance Academy who have won over 200 trophies will dazzle the audience with high art. The runner up of this years “home grown comedy competition” at the Just For Laughs festival, Chris James adds some laughs. With Co-host Ryan Beil from the Canadian Comedy Award winning improv troop The Sunday Service, a live house band, a chance to win $100 and so much more.
