A young woman confronts a middle-aged man at his work about the relationship that they had in the past. The confrontation takes a tragic turn as it is revealed that it had taken place when the man, Ray, was forty and the woman, Una, was only twelve. This September, old wounds are torn open as these two individuals come face-to-face for the first time in fifteen years. Come embark on an emotional roller coaster that will leave you as conflicted as the characters about the devastating consequences of this “terrible love story”.

“This is an extraordinary, no-holds-barred drama that both chills and thrills”- The Telegraph

David Harrower’s intense play was initially commissioned for the 2005 Edinburgh International Fringe Festival, where it received its premiere. Now, it returns to its home on the Fringe stage, this time across the Atlantic, at the 2015 Vancouver International Fringe Festival.

“[Harrower] displays a wrestling match of the emotions, alongside a study of the power of memory, and the soluble nature of truth”- The York Times
