Acclaimed Montreal anarchist author / violinist / cabaret artist Norman Nawrocki, a former East Ender now, 'A Montreal legend,' according to The Montreal Gazette, returns to Vancouver to launch two new poetry books with two shows at two different venues, Thur Oct 15, Spartacus Books, 3378 Findlay St, 7pm, and Sat Oct 17, Horses Records & Books, 2447 East Hastings, 8:30pm.
At Spartacus Books, Nawrocki will sample and loop his violin while he reads pieces from his 13th and newest book, AGITATE! Anarchist rants, raps, poems (Les Pages Noires, 2015). At Horses Records & Books, he'll read from No Masters! No Gods! Dare to dream (Les Pages Noires, 2015) and play violin.
