Shamanic Trance Dance is a wildly transformative and therapeutic moving meditation that heals the relationship with ourselves, our spirit and our world.

Ancient and contemporary healing techniques from yoga and shamanism are explored intuitively through dance, play, sound, drumming and shaking.

Teresa and guest drummers passionately hold space for all to explore movement as medicine, sound as a fire starter and shapeshifting as a tool for thriving. The evening begins with shamanic ceremony and intention setting meditation, flows into trance dancing, live drumming and feral play and ends with a meditative drum journey to integrate.

This event is a combination of movement together with tribal connect and individual exploration and expression. You will be guided, celebrated and revered in how you express, release and rebirth!

If you are stuck in any area of your life or if you are in pain, the invitation and my wish for you here is to take that stuck energy, take that pain and compost it into something beautiful! Like the earth breaks down decaying, useless matter and turns it into fuel for life and growth, take your shadows and darkness and let them inform you and use them to create life and beauty.

ABOUT TERESA CAMPBELL

I am a yoga therapist, Soul Coach, spoken word poet, mentor, midwife to rebirth, passionate humanist, fiery activist and forever humble student.
It is the most sublime honour to have been teaching locally and internationally for the past 15 years as an ERYT500 and PRYT.
In all that I teach I offer devotional, mystical, mythical experiences to poke, provoke and elevate your soul.

I love igniting spirits and supporting people on their path to reclaiming wholeness. I use the wildest unfoldings of my life as fertile soil from which to teach, relate and emancipate.

Shamanism, yoga, somatic psychology, martial arts, Buddhism and bad ass beats inform my life and all that I teach. I Revel in the undeniable call I have to serve and uplift humanity.
