Written Word Calligraphy and Lombardo’s have teamed up to bring you the chance to try your hand at calligraphy. This two hour lesson will teach you the basics of calligraphy to impress the one you love on Valentine’s Day. We’ll also be serving heart-shaped, wood fired pizza and a glass of wine to help you relax at the end of all your hard work. Take home your very own calligraphy kit and Chef Giulia Lombardo’s signature Marguerita pizza recipe to make at home.

This 2 hour workshop will cover the essentials of modern calligraphy, practice drills, lowercase alphabet , the basics of connecting letters and words, and a basic calligraphy supply kit. The kit includes 1 oblique pen, 2 nibs, 1 ink bottle, 1 theory and resource guide, practice drill and lowercase guide sheets, 1 lettering chart, and some goodies you can use to practice writing on. You’ll also take home the delicious pizza recipe to make at home.
