These new monotype prints, that have been created over a three year period, represent an exploration of internal landscapes. Matte surfaces and simply curved forms are the latest expression of Lone Tratt’s long held fascination with geological forms. Using a neutral palette shocked with swathes of cyan, she crafts textured stone surfaces with brash, unapologetic strokes. Her goal is to create a calm spirit that refreshes the soul.
