On Thursday May 26th 2016, ASQ Vancouver will be hosting a Quality and Business Excellence Conference. This day-long event will feature distinctive speakers sharing their experiences and lessons learned in facing the challenges, changes, and opportunities that come with building or maintaining quality in an organization.

The event will open with a keynote from David Muncaster, National Manager of Continuous Improvement and CSAT at Staples Davantage Canada and close with a dinner keynote from Ed Beange, President of Hansen Industries. The closing dinner will also include presentations honouring our long-term members, and the presentation of the 3rd annual ASQ Vancouver Quality and Business Excellence Award to a local BC business (nominations are open until May 6th, see asq.bc.ca for more details).

Plus we have a two-track conference program with a total of 12 speakers offering you opportunities to learn the applications of quality tools to challenges and opportunities in fields as diverse as: human resource management, health care, customer service, social responsibility, digital strategy, and service quality.
