Learn to speak Chinook jargon, the early trade language of the Pacific Northwest, with Chinook enthusiasts retired UBC prof Jay Powell and MLA/historian Sam Sullivan in the historic ambiance of Vancouver's oldest building (circa 1865). Workshop times - Sat. 9:30 - 12 noon, 1 - 3 pm. Sun. 1 - 3 pm. All net proceeds to benefit museum upkeep. Wheelchair accessible with the exception of washrooms.
