On September 14th, treat yourself to both sets of Johannes Brahms’ beloved Liebeslieder Walzer (Love Song Waltzes). Written for four voices and piano four hands, they were conceived in a popular style and likely intended for performance in an informal, private setting just like the museum parlour. Soprano Catherine Laub, mezzo-soprano Fabiana Katz, tenor Mark DeSilva and baritone Wim Vermuelen are joined by pianists Rita Attrot and Stephen Smith in these captivating masterpieces of the genre.

This concert is part of a monthly concert series, taking place on the 2nd Sunday of each month, in the afternoon. Come at 1pm, for Tea and Tour before the concert (included in the price of the ticket), or show up right before 3pm for the concert, at your convenience
