Come to train with me Traditional Kung Fu. We will have 45 minutes warm up, stretching and basics and 45 minutes strength training, kicks and punches, traditional exercises and forms, open hand and weapons.

We meet at the Entrance of the park next to 15 th avenue, where we try to get a shadow spot where we can train without getting too much sun burned.

You are invited to stay afterwards to relax in the park, chat or keep on training!

We train in a disciplined and fun environment where everybody is welcome to join. It is based on the idea that everyone can develop strength and abilities. If you want to practice something particularly, just tell me before we start and I adjust the class to your needs.

Matthias: has over 10 years traditional Kung Fu experience and practice more then 20 years martial arts. He studied first with Sifu Shi Yan Hai in Germany and afterwards, and since then, I am with Sifu José Guillen (Guadalajara, Mexico) who is teaching me Kung Fu, Taiji, Chi Kung, Acupuncture and Massages.
