Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) info session
The Listel Hotel, 1300 Robson , Vancouver Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a well-researched and effective program in dealing with stress, pain, illness, and demands of daily life.
In this FREE 1.5 hour MBSR info session you will:

Instructor: Dr. Kasim Al-Mashat is a Registered Psychologist, Hatha Yoga and MBSR teacher. He has completed a six month meditation retreat in Southeast Asia, and presented a TEDx talk on mindfulness (https://youtu.be/JVwLjC5etEQ).
