The Ferry Building Gallery at 1414 Argyle Avenue in West Vancouver
is pleased to present an exhibition of photographs by Francine Drouin in the Art in the Hall venue at West Vancouver Municipal Hall, 750- 17th Street. The exhibition will be run November 28, 2014 through January 30, 2015.

As a visual artist Francine’s work explores the use of photography as a means to create rather than to document. She prefers to produce minimalistic and often surreal images. In the manipulative realm of her computer she will often plunge the original capture into an artificial backdrop eclipsing all background noise and focussing attention on the subject. Indications of surroundings create distraction and prove irrelevant.

Admission to the exhibition is free and hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
