A Yoga Workshop For Restful, Rejuvenating Sleep 

The benefits of a good sleep show up in our daily life. With a good night’s rest we are calmer and better able to deal with stress; our natural immune system modulators increase, helping us to fight off sickness; our mind is more alert, improving concentration, memory and problem solving. 

This workshop will utilize Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep to explore the ways in which yoga can change our nervous system balance and thus, improve our sleep patterns. You’ll learn specific meditation techniques, breath work, and restorative yoga poses which relax the body, clear the mind and prepare the body for a deep, rejuvenating sleep.
