Yoga and Running: the perfect complements!

Take your running to the next level with a 30 minute ocean side run with yogi and running expert Katherine Moore. Along the way, exercises and running drills will help you to improve your form and efficiency. After your run, you'll return to the studio for a targeted yoga sequence designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and stability. With special guest:10000 meter RIO Olympian Natasha Wodak. All levels welcome!

About Katherine Moore:

Running has been a part of my life as long as I can remember. I enjoy the peace it brings to my body and mind. I needed something to balance the demand running was taking on my body. That's when I found yoga. The practice of movement with breath and meditation brings a connection with the Divine. I also experience this with running. I have designed a yoga practice that is beneficial to runners. I enjoy sharing my love of yoga and running with everyone and seeing how it can be a positive change to someone's life.
