In this class we will show you how to make delicious French little cakes, classic items of French gastronomy, to enjoy and offer at any time… We will demonstrate 3 kinds of recipe during this course:

Madeleines; small génoise (or sponge cake) with a distinctive shell-like shape
Cannelés; pastry with a soft and tender custard center and a dark, thick caramelized crust
Palmiers; (elephant ears) flaky caramelized puff pastry
This class is demonstration style. You will be provided printed recipes for each.
You will be served a glass of wine during the class and a welcome snack (We recommend you plan to eat dinner before or after the course). And you get to taste everything that is made during the class and take home the creations.
