Autumn is changing the world around us, and now there is meditation to transform *inside* us.

Come out to Railtown and...

* learn to meditate smartly with a retired monk...
* enjoy some exotic, good-for-you, good-for-the-planet dark chocolates, and...
* meet wonderful new people

Meditation is like the new kale—it’s everywhere!

And for good reason.

In the same way kale is excellent for your body, meditation is magnificent for your mind!

::: Why meditate?

You need a clear head and calm senses to achieve your goals.

Kale will get you part of the way, but meditation, if done properly, soothes and deepens.

Have too many thoughts? Don’t think you can meditate? That’s okay! Kale once tasted bitter too, so we’ll start from zero.

::: Who is this?

Michael is your certified retired monk and guide for this new journey. His passion is to make meditation practical and sustainable, eliminating the unnecessary puff.

In addition to teaching in Mexico and the States, Michael has co-hosted various “Meditation Play” brunches and lunches around town.

::: What sort of meditation is this?

This isn’t associated with any religion, philosophy, guru, or movement. Nor is there any chanting, visualizations, breath work, or postures.

Instead, you'll sit comfortably in chairs, and it will be pleasant, concise and definitely not odd.

::: Final details

No matter if you tried and failed before, you will be a confident meditator by the time we're done. Yes, you can do it! Newbies and veterans welcome.

You will notice a deep peace softly returning to your life, filling up the spaces where worry and fear used to live.

Check it out--this is the last course until 2017...
