This live demo will show you which cuts are the best to use, some helpful techniques for slicing and preparing them, and how to flavour and dry it all so you get real good jerky. We will go over theories of drying at home as well as outside, and we'll go over all the helpful hints and tips for you to make your own excellent jerky.
