The Jewish Community of Greater Vancouver welcomes the entire community to our annual JCC Ellie Slavin Chanukah Party on Sunday, December 4, 2016, 10:30am – 1:00 pm.

The theme of this year’s party will be Get Ready for Chanukah and we will do just that. There will be live entertainment, arts and crafts, an olive oil making demonstration, a science light interactive show and more. Of course there would be no party without food!! The Wosk Auditorium will be converted into a food fair where you can eat or purchase and take home all the traditional Chanukah favourites like latkes (potato pancakes) and sufgnaiot (jelly doughnuts) to name a few. We will also have candles, chocolates coins, books and more for sale in our Jewish Book Festival Book store and Waldman Library Used Book Sale.

The JCCGV is located at 950 West 41st Avenue. The party is free of charge with either a food or toiletry donation to the Jewish Food Bank.
