VSY's 200 hour Foundation Yoga Teacher Training is a six week Immersion program approved by Yoga Alliance, ensuring the highest educational standards of quality, integrity and professionalism.

Classes are held at our beautiful studio in Gastown and run Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, with an hour for lunch.

Rather than operating as a yoga studio running daily classes, we focus on training great teachers. The philosophy of our training is to make the rich and profound practice of yoga accessible, enjoyable, and inspiring for everyone, while both honouring the traditions of yoga and playing a part in its evolution.
