This 5-night series covers End of Life (EOL) matters in a welcoming, safe, supportive, and respectful environment. Topics engage the pan-death continuum of pre, during, and post death matters and are those that can be applied to your life or when walking others through their dying process. We will explore your thoughts and reflections about dying and death, discuss how you and your loved ones can start to make choices and affect decisions, and find out about the tools available in Advanced Care Planning such as Directives and Representation Agreements. One-on-one and group discussion, as well as personal self-reflection, are interwoven throughout. The knowledge learned will help you better prepare to face your own mortality and that of those you care about. All ages are welcome – as you’re never too young or old to consider your future…and your final exit!
