Embodied Mindfulness for Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, and Depression
STRETCH, 180 E. Pender, Vancouver STRETCH Yoga Studio in Chinatown is calling all who are affected by stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma. This workshop is for you. Embodied Mindfulness is the practice of using the felt-sense of your breath and body to calm your nervous system by getting you out of your head and into the moment. We will sit, stand, walk, move, connect, and share, and you'll leave with simple, effective practices to feel more in control and empowered in your daily life. No meditation experience needed.
