Uncorked is Harrison Hot Springs’ three-day destination food and wine event, showcasing the talents of some of BC’s most renowned wineries and local culinary personalities. Two days of tastings, Plus wine-makers dinners at local restaurants.

Muddy Waters Cafe returns to the afternoon tastings to provide you will mouth-watering bites. This year Old Settler Liquor store will be the onsite liquor store, allowing you to purchase bottles from the attending wineries to take home to enjoy some more.

Uncorked by Day-afternoon of wine tasting to help support the Harrison Festival Society, Saturday and Sunday April 22 & 23.

15 BC wineries pair with mouthwatering delights from Muddy Water Cafe. Enjoy an afternoon of sipping, sampling and supporting. Partial proceeds from each ticket sale will go to support the Harrison Festival Society 'World Music and Art, Small Town Roots'. Plus a a silent auction.
Tickets available online or in person at the Visitor Centre, 499 Hot Springs Rd. Open Tuesday through Saturday 10 am - 4 pm.

Uncorked by Night- dinners at local restaurants will be paired with participating wineries on Friday April 21 & Saturday April 22.
