Join us for an interactive chocolate tasting & education seminar in a relaxed and calm setting. You will be introduced to the history of chocolate, how it's processed, followed by a blind chocolate bar tasting. This digs deeper than most chocolate tastings out there, with question and answer forum after the tasting. The purpose of this seminar is to appreciate how chocolate came to be, who is behind it from farmer to the consumer, and to learn how to taste chocolate well.
