Vancouver musician Ford Pier has released six solo albums, written and arranged for symphony orchestra and chamber ensembles, been published in Geist magazine, composed electronic soundscapes for fashion shows, performed as a member of D.O.A.. and Rheostatics, written songs with Martin Tielli, Neko Case, and the members of NoMeansNo, as well as recording and touring with Veda Hille, Carolyn Mark, and many others. His most recent album, Inclusive Fitness, was made with his string quartet, Strength Of Materials, and his aggro-/indie-/alt-rock band The Ford Pier Vengeance Trio are currently at work on a new record.
