This year marks the 71st annual Cloverdale Rodeo and the 129th annual Country Fair, and with Canada celebrating its 150th year, visitors can expect British Columbia’s most beloved annual tradition to be an action-packed weekend of family fun. Visitors can look forward to more competitions, more live entertainment, and more food for all ages. Be sure to mark your calendars for the May Long weekend!

Recognized as some of the best athletes in the world, national and international Cowboys and Cowgirls are ready to compete for a total of $328, 000 in cash prizes. The Cloverdale Invitational Rodeo will feature four rough stock rodeo events: Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Bull Riding, and Ladies Barrel Racing. Cloverdale’s youngest athletes will get their chance to compete when Mutton Bustin’ takes centre stage during all five Rodeo performances.

Families will have a blast in the Country Fair with the Envision Financial Kidz Zone, Agri Zone and Cone Zone. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the S&R Sawmills West Coast Lumberjack Show, the BC Country Music Association Pavilion, the sixth annual World Freestyle Roundup Skateboarding Competition, B.C.’s largest travelling Midway, and the spectacular Art Knapp Outdoor Living Pavilion.
