Stacked Comedy presents another fantastic night of entertainment featuring an awesome lineup of some of Vancouvers best Comedians with the hilarious Chris Griffin as your headliner

Chris Griffin, having endured over a decade of Family Guy jokes, decided to enter into the world of standup comedy to reclaim his name. He was quick to make a splash; he began touring Western Canada within months, and won Calgary’s Great Canadian Laugh Off in his first year, earning him a trip to Toronto to lose in the finals.

The early success inspired him to quit his stable job and put his two university degrees to use doing what he knows best, drinking and telling jokes. Griffin is well on his way to his life goal of being a full blown alcoholic. His unique humour hybrid merges intelligence with a blue collar upbringing to create a perspective that is equal parts biting and empathetic to the human condition.

Earlier this year, Griffin was selected as one of four Western Canadians to appear on the first season of iChannel’s No Kidding. He performed in Calgary’s inaugural YYComedy Festival. In July, Griffin recorded his first full length comedy special at the EPCOR Centre’s Engineered Air Theater. The special will be released in Fall 2013.
