Spain: Assorted Tapas - paired with Spanish Sangria;
Thailand: Green Thai Coconut poached Spot Prawns, Kafir Lime Creme Fraiche, Papaya Tamarind Salad - paired with Cachaça "Daiquiri";
India: Tandoori-style Chicken, Curry-roasted Cauliflower, Indian-spiced Fondant; Rye Caraway Cracker, Mint Cilantro Chutney - paired with Indian Spiced Mule;
Peru: Octopus Carpaccio, Crisp Quinoa, Aji Vinaigrette, Peruvian-spiced Brioche - paired with Classic Pisco Sour;
Mexico: Smoked Chili & Guava braised Beef, Jalapeño Avocado Lime Aioli - paired with Smoky Pineapple Maragrita;
France: Orange Maple -roasted Duck breast, Sun-choke Puree, buttered Chanterelles, Foie Gras Jus - paired with Parisian Gin & Tonic
