Leading Swedish bassist Josef Kallerdahl has worked with Nils Berg, MusicMusicMusic, and Lina Nyberg. Swedish-born Montrealer and Thus Owls vocalist Erika Angell moves fluidly between free improvisation, folk, and alternative pop. The two have worked as a duo since 2001, releasing four albums and touring extensively. JUNO Award-winning Vancouver drummer Ben Brown (Pugs & Crows) and Italian vocalist/sound artist Marialuisa Capurso met two years ago in Berlin where they worked intensively for a month creating a moving language between performance and instant composition.
