At coFood Vancouver we know that food is the best medicine, and many medicines are the so-called weeds growing underneath our feet.

Please join us for a long table dinner in the coFood Collaborative Garden, where Aboriginal herbalist Lori Snyder (Earth and Company) will lead us through an urban plant discovery workshop. Together we will learn to identify, respect, harvest and use wild plants for food and medicine.

We will share a meal with salad from our garden, and a plant-based menu of seasonal foods prepared by Susan Stewart of My Nourishing Table.

    Monday, July 10 / 6:30–9:30 p.m.
    coFood Collaborative Garden / 265 E 4th Ave
