They have made multiple guest appearances with The Fictionals and took part in the Instant Theatre Cagematch series and inaugural Prototype Festival.

UNION JACKED
Lawrence Chong, Jeff Cooper, Rachelle Lachland, Jeff Cooper, Beth Rudkin

Union Jacked is 2 parts Bangers & Mash, 2 parts Maple Syrup & 1 part Vegemite. If they can't win you with novelty stereotypes they'll win you with laughter.

CARMELAHHH
Carla Mah, Racquel Belmonte

Meet Carla and Racquel: best friends and both halves of the all-female, no-nonsense comedy duo, Carmelahhh! Conceived in August 2016 under the most romantic circumstances, the sketch comedy and improvisational duo have been performing frequently within the Vancouver comedy circuit. Their work consists of a wacky playfulness, jabbing wit, and beautifully optimistic (though oftentimes VERY questionable) imaginations that cover themes of -though are certainly not limited to- love, friendship, fear, self-empowerment, death, and all of the other nasty stuff in between that no one ever wants to talk about.

DANIEL CHAI (of The Fictionals)

Daniel Chai has been improvising since 2008 and is a co-founder of The Fictionals Comedy Co. He is the creator of Improv Against Humanity and Vancouver Improv Fight Club, and is the producer of the weekly Hot Improv Tuesdays at Cafe Deux Soleils. Daniel is also an ensemble member with Vancouver TheatreSports League, an instructor at VTSL’s Improv Comedy Institute, and has taught improv at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Madskillz Vancouver Festival and Momentum Youth Arts Festival. His mission: using laughter to connect the world. Let’s have fun!
