Salt Building
· False Creek South
Description:
Formerly a salt-processing plant, this spacious, timber-lined building was redesigned for the 2010 Olympics to act as a recreational space for athletes. Its large, open interior, rustic roof trusses, and ample lighting make it an ideal social and event venue, then and now. Recently, the space was redesigned, reimagined, and upgraded in order to host a bakery, a coffee shop, a restaurant, and a brewpub.
