The culinary team, led by chefs and co owners Adam Pegg and Lucais Syme, has created a menu that marries Italian culinary tradition with a sense of style and quality that is truly their own. The fresh sheet can differ from day to day, but will usually feature dishes like lamb served with beans, potato gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, and steamed mussels garnished with bacon. Their wine list, dominated by Italian vintages, is expansive and eclectic enough to ensure that there is always something to complement a menu item.

Available for groups is the alla famiglia dining option, which includes either five or nine of the courses that are being served on a given day, served in portions large enough to share with the entire table. Both options include dessert, but only the nine-course option includes a risotto that is cooked to order.
