Whistler Film Festival 2017

The coolest of local film festivals kicks off once again on Wednesday (November 29) with Gary Oldman's Oscar-courting performance as Winston Churchill in director Joe Wright's Darkest Hour.

Anyone looking for the other big titles at this year's Whistler Film Festival might want to check out early previews of The Disaster Artist and I, Tonya, but for the love of God, don't miss out on a stronger than ever line-up of American Indies, Canadian efforts, first features, and other harder-to-find gems. There's gold in them there mountains.

The 2017 Whistler Film Festival takes place from November 29 to December 3. Full details are available at whistlerfilmfestival.com/.
