Changes are afoot at DOXA Documentary Film Festival.

Kenji Maeda is stepping down from his position as executive director at the organization.

Maeda worked at the organization for eight years (three on the board and five on staff).

While he will continue working as executive director for this year's 15th annual film festival (from May 5 to 15), he has also begun his position at Business for the Arts as provincial manager of artsVest, an incentive and sponsorship training program for arts organizations.

DOXA is accepting applications for a new executive director. The deadline for applications is February 26. Full details about the position and how to apply are available on the DOXA website.

DOXA moved into its new offices at The Post at 750 cultural hub in 2014.
