Nobody in the Seattle area is thinking of Dean Wetter as some sort of Magic Man this morning.

Seattle Times reporter Nicole Brodeur has reported that Wetter, the husband of Heart lead singer Ann Wilson, has been charged with assaulting two young male relatives.

And People magazine and other U.S. media outlets have revealed that the alleged victims were the 16-year-old twin sons of Ann Wilson's sister Nancy, who's Heart's guitarist.

The incident allegedly occurred during a Heart concert on August 26 at the White River Amphitheater in Auburn, Washington.

Nancy Wilson's sons, Curtis and William Crowe, each alleged they were "grabbed by the throat" by Wetter. This came after they left a tour bus door open. One of the teens also claimed that he was struck in the back of the head with a closed fist.

The allegations have not been proven in court. Wetter's next appearance before a judge is scheduled on Wednesday (August 31).

Curtis and William Crowe's father is screenwriter and director Cameron Crowe, whose credits include Almost Famous, Jerry Maguire, and Fast Times at Ridgemont High.

Heart is on tour after releasing its 16th album, Beautiful Broken, earlier this summer.
