Will he be sentenced to a stern warning or just a regular warning?

Are we still dealing with this?
Millions of dollars later we'll be sitting here wondering why the police didn't just use more force against the punk pukes the night of the riot.
And screw the whines of the politically correct naysayers the next morning.

The Citizens step out of line one day a year and the cop will spend as much $$$ as they need, even going to a foreign country with a much worse crime problem for help in identifying those that screwed-up that day.
On the other hand 365 days a year gang activity is on the rise, the cops can't even find one gangster after a street shoot-out except the dead one(s) lying on the ground! They flatly refuse to go after their "so called team mates". With out these "team mates" they would have a shrinking police budget and We all know how important a rising budget is in any good business. This makes you look like busier than you are. And with out these "team mates" they would get less 'kick-back'. How can We trust a corrupt group like this?
