A feature on the aftermath of the Fukushima nuclear disaster has netted a Canadian Association of Journalists Awards nomination for a Georgia Straight writer.

Alex Roslin is one of four finalists in the 2012 CAJ Awards’ magazine category. His story "Japan’s irradiated fish worry B.C. experts" was published last July.

The winners of the 15 awards, which recognize outstanding investigative journalism, will be announced in Ottawa on May 4.
