Police have asked the public to be on the lookout for a 49-year-old Vietnamese man who speaks little English.

Quoc Huan Truong has not been seen at his Fraser Street care home since 10 a.m. on Wednesday (August 26).

The Vancouver Police Department says he has a brain injury and a "potentially life threatening asthmatic condition". Truong is missing his medication.

He can be identified by a tattoo of a skull on his upper right arm.
