With less than a second remaining in overtime, the Anaheim Ducks snatched victory from the Vancouver Canucks.

As the Canucks appeared to think the game was over, Corey Perry picked up a pass from Ryan Getzlaf and put the puck past goalie Eddie Lack.

The Ducks' 4-3 victory came while Canucks defender Kevin Bieksa was in the penalty box.

Vancouver got off to a decent start with two power-play goals within two minutes in the first period.

Ryan Kesler scored the first, his 17th, on a slapshot assisted by the Sedin twins.

Henrik Sedin scored the second Canuck goal, assisted by brother Daniel and Jason Garrison.

But in the second period, the Ducks came roaring back with goals by Saku Koivu and Matt Beleskey.

Bieksa gave Vancouver a 3-2 lead early in third period, but the Ducks tied it up at 18:33 of the third period on a goal by Nick Bonino.

It came after Garrison was unable to clear a puck.

The Ducks owned the Canucks in the second and third periods, outshooting them 40-7 over these two frames.

Canucks goalie Eddie Lack was spectacular, keeping his teammates in the game.

This included a sensational save on Bonino in overtime after a Canucks' giveaway.

Bieksa took a penalty on the play, setting the stage for Perry's game-winning goal.

Vancouver lost two road games this weekend in California, but took away one point tonight because they were tied with the Ducks after regulation time.

For the second consecutive night, the Canucks' opponents fired 49 shots on Vancouver's goal.
