Vancouver Canucks general manager Jim Benning has continued his transformation of the team by signing one of the league's best-known goalies.

Ryan Miller, who split the season between St. Louis Blues and Buffalo Sabres, has inked a three-year contract with the Canucks.

He was an unrestricted free agent.

The deal is reportedly worth $18 million over three years and ensures that Eddie Lack won't be the Canucks starting goalie this year.

Miller, 33, was MVP of the men's hockey tournament at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics while tending goal for the silver-medal-winning U.S. team.

He has a 294-160-60 record in the NHL with 29 shutouts and a 2.59 goals-against average.

Below, you can see a video of Miller highlights, which the Canucks posted on their website.
