New Westminster residents shocked by appearance of neo-Nazi propaganda

New Westminster is the latest B.C. city to be subjected to extremist hate propaganda.

Global BC has reported that two neo-Nazi posters appeared at a bus stop at 6th Avenue and 4th Street.

      Each image included a swastika.

This comes after Ku Klux Klan propaganda appeared in Abbotsford  and Chilliwack, and anti-Chinese posters were distributed in Richmond.

The latest racist literature has not gone over well with some New Westminster residents, who've taken to Twitter to express their opposition.

In 2010, about 200 antiracists gathered at Braid Station in New Westminster after there were reports that white supremacists were planning a protest.

The neo-Nazis never held their event, though one of them, Craig Cobb, later posted images of the antiracist demonstrators on his website.

An antifascist rally is being organized in New Westminster to be held on Sunday (January 29).
