Tonight, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will be at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre to fill the kitty of the Liberal Party of Canada.

The party fundraiser costs each guest $750 for general admission.

That's only half the price of the $1,500 cash-for-access events that created such a ruckus in Parliament.

In the meantime, Trudeau was in Washington state this morning to meet with Governor Jay Inslee.

During his visit to the Evergreen State, Trudeau also dropped by Microsoft headquarters in the Seattle suburb of Redmond.

Then this afternoon, the prime minister was at Electronic Arts Capture Lab in Burnaby.

It's all part of what Trudeau's handlers are billing as his West Coast Tech Tour.

It only makes sense. That's because as everyone knows, rock stars always give their tours a catchy name.
