At the April 2 park board meeting, Comm. Spencer Herbert asked staff what impact "TILMA" [Trade, Investment and Labour Mobility Agreement between Alberta and B.C.] would have on the organization. The board's $185,000-per-year general manager, Susan Mundick, responded that she didn't know what TILMA was.
"Could you please tell me what it is?" Mundick said. "I have no idea what this is."
