South Vancouver 7-11 robbed at knife point

Police are searching for two suspects after a convenience store was robbed at knife point in south Vancouver.

At around 2 a.m. today (July 9), two men entered a 7-11 in the 6900 block of Victoria Drive, police said in a news release.

One man threatened a clerk with a knife and demanded cash and cigarettes. The suspects then took off on foot and could not be found.

The suspects are both described as Caucasian males in their 20s standing six feet tall. The man with the knife appeared to be clean-shaven with black hair and a heavy build. The other suspect appeared to have facial stubble, a shaved head, and a thin build.

One of the 7-11 clerks was cut during the incident but medical treatment was not required.
